Where can I get a black cardigan or shrug in the UK?

Going in to dinner with my friends at the 5th September, for my birthday to celebrate 16th in wearing a nice black and gold top made Krisp, black jeans and gold wedges. I want to be a black shrug or cardigan on his Incase cold bear. I live in the UK and wonder if you have seen recently anyones High Street Store. if it helps a size in the 12th and ideally I would like it does not cost more than £ 15 plus, if they can help id rather not buy it on the internet shop but id go in and buy one there.
