Why clothes are so short these days?

I know it's the style, but why is it soo short. I was looking Macys.com plus size section and on saw that the prom dresses were long and short. And the petite section is not really much "prom dresses". Then I looked in the junior section and saw that the clothes were soo short. I mean, I "barely" found no prom dresses that went to the floor. You make a lot of long dresses for other sizes, but when it comes to young people, make them really short ones that go to the bottom? strapless I even saw one that had had a bra-style top, and the dress was only for one quarter of the thigh. And it looked like it would blow up and show something different when the wind blows hard enough. I think girls are part of the reason for this style, but I blame the fashion designers more. Are they not aware that the clothes are for teens? And they create a bad idea, towards girls?

It is all part of the style. But you should be able to find long prom dresses. I mean, they are the traditional and most common species. If Macy's does not work, try Sears and JCPenney. Even if a dress you like, but that is too short, you can always wear leggings or (even better) to wear tights. As Opaque stockings. And preferably black. It makes you look more fashion-forward and unassuming. Good luck!
