Old Navy and Lane Bryant Plus sizing?

I was looking for Online Plus Size Clothing at oldnavy.com, they say the sizes run from 16-30. I am also a regular customer at Lane Bryant stores. I wear a 26/28 in tops and 28 bottoms at Lane Bryant. I would like to see input from you only when their size true to size or smaller than that to be what they claim to be. I would really hate a lot of clothes and sends them. If you have an idea of what size would I will be at Old Navy?

I HATE Old Navy plus sizes. In my experience, size definitely run small.
